Refund Policy
At On Site Genetics Mobile, we are committed to providing accurate and timely testing services. Due to the sensitive and irreversible nature of drug and DNA testing, we have the following refund policy in place:
1. Non-Refundable Services
Once a sample has been collected or the testing process has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Drug testing services (lab-based or instant)
- DNA testing (legal or non-legal)
- Any test where a specimen has been collected or shipped to the lab
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Prior to sample collection: A full or partial refund may be issued if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No-show appointments: A cancellation fee may apply or the full amount may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice.
4. Lab Rejection or Inconclusive Results
In the event that a sample is rejected by the lab due to collection issues outside of our control (e.g., insufficient sample, contamination, or donor error), the client may be responsible for the cost of recollection and retesting. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
